Sometimes called an Inca Peanut, these are not actually true nuts, but rather seeds. Our Organic Sacha Inchi Seeds are excellent for snacking and rich in omega fatty acids, protein, and Vitamin E. They are different than anything you’ve ever tasted before. They smell sort of like a peanut, but sort of not! And they taste nutty while being nut-free.

How to Enjoy Sacha Inchi Seeds

We like them tossed with a little salt. Take 1 to 1-1/2 tsp salt and shake with the nuts in the bag. You can also experiment by adding your own seasoning. Try some of our pre-made seasoning blends or our Kick™ Salt!

Roasted Sacha Inchi Seeds are a delicious, nutritious snack that can be enjoyed alone or eaten just as you would any favorite seed or nut. Plus, they’re gluten-free, keto-friendly, paleo-friendly, vegan-and-vegetarian-friendly. Here are some suggestions:

  • Toss with a little oil and salt; add sugar and chili pepper for a special kick
  • Add to a trail mix – include raisins and goji berries as well as dark chocolate for a “superfood, super-trail mix”
  • Chop roughly, and sprinkle over ice cream or favorite non-dairy frozen dessert
  • Add these Incan seeds to a fruit salad
  • Crush or chop to sprinkle over hot or cold cereal
  • Add to smoothies
  • Enjoy with dahi / yogurt
  • Dip in dark chocolate; refrigerate and enjoy as a delicious sweet treat
  • Mix with raw honey and cinnamon. Eat as is or spoon over hot cereal
  • Crush and sprinkle over sweet potatoes
  • Garnish green salads and coleslaw
  • Make a faux "nut" butter with them just like you would make almond or peanut butter
  • Grind to a flour-like consistency – add to cookies, muffins and other baked goods just like using almond meal flour
  • Chop and add to cookies, cakes, quick breads, scones and muffins
  • Chop and spoon over pancakes and waffles
  • Chop and add to hot grain dishes or chilled grains like couscous and quinoa salads

Even though we very carefully check during packaging, occasionally you may run into not-so-perfect seed (under roasted, over roasted or bitter). This is normal with any natural seeds/nuts.

A Complete Protein Superfood

Sacha Inchi Seeds come from the fruit of the Plukenetia volubilis, a lovely tropical plant native to South America and the Windward Islands of the Caribbean. It’s known by many names including Mountain Peanut, Inca Peanut, Incan Seeds, and Inca Nut. Once the fruit ripens, it’s left on the plant to harden into seeds which become edible when roasted, producing a look and flavor similar to other nuts. Because of this, they are sometimes called Sacha Inchi Nuts even though they aren't nuts.

Although cultivated and used as food for thousands of years, Sacha Inchi Seeds have only recently become popular in North America. This is due to their stellar nutritional profile which has earned them the distinguished privilege of being listed as a “superfood,” a title well-deserved since they are rich in tocopherols (fat-soluble alcohols that include vitamin E and other similar compounds), phytosterols (important plant compounds), polyphenols (immune-supporting antioxidants) and healthy omega fats. They are also a complete protein, meaning they have all 9 essential amino acids that our bodies cannot create.

72PCS Screw-In Tire Plugs.
Size: 72PCS, Size: 72PCS
This is a kit of 70 tire repair screw-in plugs. There are 30 large plugs, 20 medium plugs, and 20 small plugs, along with a screwdriver and the box. The plugs are reasonable quality and pre-coated with sealant. They are individually sealed in small capsules making them easy to carry and use. They stay clean in their capsules as well. The included screwdriver is better quality than some, but not high quality. To use this kit effectively you're going to need something like needle-nose-pliers to remove the object (nail, etc.) that punctured your tire. After the puncture object is removed you will choose the appropriately sized plug and screw it into the hole to seal the puncture. To do this, you're going to want a decent screwdriver. The one included may get the job done, but since you still need the pliers (or similar tool) available, why not get a good screwdriver as well. It will make the job much easier and more effective. These plugs are great for fixing many types of punctures to your tires. They won't work for all flat repairs, but they are great to have on hand for the most common types. This kit has a lot of plugs that will potentially repair a lot of punctures. With a better screwdriver and a tool to remove whatever punctured your tire this is a solid choice to have in case of a puncture emergency.

Reliable Emergency Tire Repair Kit – Easy and Effective Fix
Size: 72PCS, Size: 72PCS
I’ve used this tire repair kit for punctures, and it worked really well in an emergency situation. It helped me fix a leak quickly without needing to call roadside assistance. The kit is easy to use and comes with everything needed for a basic repair. The instructions are simple, and even without much experience, I was able to get the tire sealed properly. What I like most is how fast it works. It allowed me to get back on the road in a short time and held the air pressure well until I could get a permanent repair done. Overall, this is a very useful kit to keep in the car for unexpected flat tires. It’s practical, affordable, and gives peace of mind when traveling.
